Karkala, Dec 18: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) of the town unit celebrated its decennial year at Christ the King church premises, recently.
Vicar Forane Fr John A Barboza inaugurated the programme and graced the occasion.
ICYM Udupi director Fr Peter Pinto, MLA Gopal Bhandary, MLC Capt Ganesh Karnik, ICYM state director Fr Franklyn D’Souza, ICYM Mangalore director Fr Anil D’Souza, ICYM Karkala deanery director Fr Michael Lobo, ICYM Udupi president Dr Manoj D’ Lima, Christ the King parish council vice-president Philip Menezes, ICYM town unit animator Clotilda D’Souza, ICYM town president Deepak D’Mello and secretary Walsh Mascarenhas, were present on the occasion.
Udupi Episcopal vicar Fr Baptist Menezes presided over the function.
Variety cultural programmes, musical orchestra, and dance programmes, were held afterwards.
