Mangalore: ARO Seizes Carts from Footpath Vendors

Mangalore, Dec 17:  The police officers seized carts and petty shops of street vendors in various parts of the city on Tuesday December 16.

The carts from footpaths near State Bank, Rao and Rao Circle, Lady Goshen, and the market, were carried away in a couple of lorries.

Around five carts and loads of things were taken into police custody. Ramakrishna, sub-inspector, and other staff accompanied Praveen, assistant revenue officer (ARO), Mangalore City Corporation (MCC), in this.

MCC will auction the seized items, said Praveen, (ARO), to media persons.
