Puttur: Talented Youngsters Display Acting Skills at 'Atta Mutta'

Puttur, Nov 29: The children’s drama festival, ‘Atta Mutta’, was held at Town Hall on Thursday November 27. It was jointly organized by Nirata Niranta, Bahuvachanam of Puttur, Rangayana of Mysore and Speedies ITI.

Speaking after inaugurating the event, Rajesh Bannoor, president , Town Municipal Council, said that growth of culture which goes beyond caste, party, and religion, is possible through drama. 

Sridhar Rai, headmaster, Ramakrishna High School, released a book containing a collection of drama songs by I K Boluvar in the presence of the author. Shreesha Kumar welcomed the gathering while Samshuddin proposed the vote of thanks. Manjula Subrahmanya compered the programme.

Later the play ‘E- Einstein, was staged by students of Ramakrishna High School, Puttur, while ‘Beppu Takkadi Bole Shankara’ was performed by Kinnara Mela team, Tumari.
