Mumbai, Nov 25: A metropolitan magistrate on Tuesday issued notices to Shah Rukh Khan, wife Gauri and director Farah Khan, asking them to remain present in the court on February 22 in connection with an application moved by veteran actor Manoj Kumar.

Manoj Kumar had filed an application against the three regarding a scene in the movie Om Shanti Om which he felt ridiculed him. The Andheri metropolitan magistrate had last month issued summons to the three, asking them to remain present in the court on Tuesday.
