Mangalore, Nov 20: The sixth Foundation day celebrations of Bhandary Education Foundation was held at the college premises in Adyar near here, on Tuesday November 18.
Speaking on the occasion after inaugurating the ceremony, Foundation president Manjunat Bhandary said , that the Foundation has been providing education with a thrust on quality and asked the students to make the best use of it.
Bhandary Education Foundation is providing many kinds of educations through Sahyadri college of Education, Sahyadri Engineering College and Sahyadri Nursing College. Commencing from next year,the Foundation Day will be celebrated as a three-day programme in a grand manner, he informed.
Prasanna Bhandary, Foundation secretary, Devadas Hegde, trustee, D L Prabhakar, principal, Irene Veigas, Dr Benedicta, Lavanya, V J Francis, Jecinta Veigas, Ramesh Hegde, executive officer and others were present.
Dr A J Antony, vice principal delivered the key note address and welcomed the gathering.
