Bellary: Performance of Ministers Will be Reviewed - Sadanand Gowda

Daijiworld Media Network - Bellary (SP)

Bellary, Nov 18: BJP state president D V Sadanand Gowda said that the performance of the ministers will be reviewed before the second week of December. "Working styles, efficacy and efficiency of the ministers will be evaluated before December 10," he clarified.

Gowda, who ridiculed the JD (S) as a sinking party, felt that the JD (S) national president Deve Gowda does not have any moral right to criticize chief minister Yeddyurappa. The JD (S) has been levelling unfounded allegations against the BJP and both the Congress and the JD (S) have forgotten their responsibilities as opposition parties in the state. It would be in their own interests, if these two parties spend time setting their own houses in order, he said mockingly.  Gowda also charged the JD (S) with hiring people from all over the state for its rally held in Bangalore on Monday November 17.

"The BJP is committed to meet all the promises and the election manifesto it brought out during the last election. Bad roads of the state will be repaired before December end and the nagging power problem of the state will be solved soon," he said.

Strongly justifying the government's action in conducting investigations into irregularities and corrupt practices indulged in by the previous government, he said that the BJP is committed to provide a free, transparent and people-centric rule to the people of the state.
