Bantwal: Nirkan Church Prepares for Annual Parish Feast

Bantwal, Nov 11: The preparations for the annual feast of St Thomas the Apostle church, Nirkan, Vogga, began on Sunday November 9. 
 


Fr Edwin Correa, church priest, offered the Eucharistic Mass along with Fr Robert Lasrado Capuchin, superior, Monte Mariano Monastery, Farangipet, at 8.00 am on Sunday. 
 
A procession was held from the church to Karinja cross and back. Fr Lasrado held an adoration of Eucharist at the church later.  He delivered the homily on the theme that Jesus present in Holy Eucharist unites all faithful.  A large number of parishioners attended the Holy Mass in preparation of the annual feast to be held on Wednesday November 12.
