Sullia, Nov 11: Founder president of sullia KVG Engineering College Kurunji Venkatramana Gowda felt, that the education system of the country needs to be changed to suit the changing times.

He was speaking after inaugurating the programme 'Internet World of the Students' organized jointly  by the department of public instruction, district administration and the KVG Engineering College here recently.

Taluk panchayat president  Shankar Peraje presided over the function.

Assistant commissioner of Puttur Dr Harish Kumar, executive officer of  taluk panchayat Puttaswamy and the  secretary of  the Academy of Liberal Education  Paddambail Venkataramana Gowda were the chief guests.

Head of the department of Computer Science Sudhir Shetty welcomed the gathering. Principal Dr S G Gopalakrishna delivered  introductory address.
