Bangalore, Nov 10: Minister for cooperation Lakshman Savadi declared in Bijapur on Sunday November 9 that the government will not hesitate to supersede the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), if a need is felt for the same.

Sharply reacting to the minister's statement, KMF chairman H D Revanna, who was in Hassan, said that the KMF will legally fight the government's one-upmanship efforts, if it supersedes the Federation.

Savadi has also said that the government is looking into irregularities committed in the appointments and promotions in KMF and that the erring people will be proceeded against.
