Local authority should take strict actions to the house owner who fails to provide barrier to their own well. It is strange in some home in our district that well digged in their own house left without protection , eventhough they know the risk where their own children play/live( always risk). They spend in digging well & never bother to provide barrier around which does not cost so much . Similar issue we read regularly children falling in to borewell, can't undersatnd people mentality , these all man created trouble/careless, why should we blame God.
