Moodbidri: State Teachers Association Elects Ramkrishna Siroor as President

Moodbidri, Nov 2: Ramakrishna Siroor, teacher of Moodbidri Holy Rosary High school, has been elected as the Dakshina Kannada district president of Karnataka State High School Teachers Association while GK Bhat, lecturer of Bantwal government pre-university college has been elected as its secretary.

Teachers Ramanand of Kadeshivalaya government high school, Arun Kumar of Sullia Gandhinagar government High School, Dharmapala of Puttur government high school, Niranjan of Punjalakatte government pre university college at Belthangady and Shakuntala of Moodbidri government high school were elected as the vice presidents.

Apart from them, Vasant of Kallamundkuru sarvodaya school was made the treasurer, Hariprasad and Devadas Kini as joint secretary, while Bhavanishankar, Purandara, Marc Mendonza, Shivanna, Shridhar Jain and Eshwar Bhat were elected as organising secretaries.
