Kasargod: Local Judge Suspended from Service

Kasargod, Nov 1: The Kerala High Court, through an order, has suspended judge of the Kasargod chief judicial magistrate court, A M Moosa with immediate effect.

The judge was facing some allegations during his discharge of duties in the local court. Ex-MLA Cherkalam Abdulla had complained against the partisan attitude of the judge in disposing off bail petitions.

The suspension orders were issued after the investigation conducted by the High Court judge Thomas P Joseph found substance in the allegations.
