Udupi, Oct 23: The valedictory ceremony of the orientation camp for physical training instructors of the undivided Dakshina Kannada district was held at Vidhyaniketan Group of Education Institutions, Kaup, near here, on Wednesday October 22. It was organized by the Bharat Seva Dal. 
 
The programme was presided over by Andaru Deviprasad Shetty, president, Bharat Seva Dal district committee. U R Sabhapathy, state secretary, Bharat Seva Dal central committee, called upon camp participants to extend their skills and services selflessly.

Kaup MLA Lalaji R Mendon, was the guest of honour, and distributed certificates.
 
Vidhyaniketan Group of Education Institutions correspondent K P Acharya, district public instruction department physical training officer Sitanadi Vittal Shetty, Bramavar zonal physical training officer Madhukar, Dinakar Shetty, and Chandrahas Prabhu were present.
 
A march by camp participants, as well as various acrobatic, gymnastic, and yoga performances were held on the occasion.
