Welfare Schemes of Bidi Rollers ? I wonder what were the schemes ! It is an undeniable fact that Bidi Rolling trade is a succor to thousands of uneducated village people but awareness about the diseases it promotes is already late. People as they rolled the Bidis took to smoking and those who did not, through obvious inhaling of the tobacco smell suffer from bronchial diseases like Asthma. I wonder how long will it take to take the trade away and replace it with a more healthier one.
