Mangalore, Oct 17: Dr B Madhav Bhandary has been appointed as the chairman of Mangalore Urban Development Authority (MUDA).
He will be the MUDA chairman for the next three years. Bhandary had earlier worked as the president of Mangalore City Development Board between 1983 to 85 and again in 2007. Dr Bhandary had also functioned as the director of Pune-based Bank of Maharashtra from 2002 to 2004.
A medical practitioner by profession, Dr Bhandary has received several awards and felicitations.
