Bantwal: ‘Jeevan Jyoti Camp ’08’ for School Students Inaugurated

Bantwal, Oct 14:
‘Jeevan Jyoti Camp ’08’, was inaugurated on Sunday October 12, by Fr Cyprian Pinto, by lighting the lamp. Deanery vicar Fr Roque D’Sa, Modankap Infant Jesus parish council vice-president Reuben Frank, and Fr Vincent Coelho, convener of the camp, were the chief guests on the occasion.
 

Fr Pinto urged the participants to identify their talents, potentials, and abilities, in order to make the best use of those. Frank said that education would stay with an individual even after leaving school, and stressed the importance of monitoring one’s own actions, thoughts, character, and habit in order to constantly improve. 
 
Fr Roque D’Sa conveyed best wishes to all participants. Hundreds of school students attended the camp.
