M'lore: Bharatha Mani National Youth Music, Dance Festival From Oct 15

Mangalore, Oct 14: Bharatha Nrithya Sabha and Mani Krishnaswamy Academy will be jointly organizing the five-day Bharatha Mani National Youth Music and Dance Festival at Town Hall from October 15.
 
Padhmashree Dr Kadri Gopalanath, Kumble Sundar Rao, president, Yakshagana Academy, Mayor Ganesh Hosabettu, and MLC Captain Ganesh Karnik will inaugurate the festival at 6 pm. Violinists Akkarai sisters, Chennai, dancer N Vasudevan, New Delhi, Rafique Khan, Medha Dikshith, Kirthi Kumar, Sathyanarayana, Mahalakhsmi Shenoy Karkala, and other dancers and Hindustani musicians will perform in the youth festival, stated a press release.
