Mangalore, Oct 12: Justice M F Saldanha, of the People’s Tribunal, will be in the city from Monday October 13 to Friday October 17, in connection with the enquiry into the attacks on churches, and the use of force by the police thereafter.

On Monday, he will visit Adoration Monastery before proceeding to Vamanjoor, Bondel, and Kulshekar to ascertain the events that occurred in these places last month. On Tuesday October 14, Justice Saldanha will visit Pemanoor and Milagres Church. 

On Wednesdya October 15, police officials and the deputy commissioner have been asked to produce any material they might possess in regard to the incidents. On that same day, in the evening, individuals and representatives of the organizations can meet Justice Saldanha. Those who have claimed responsibility for the attacks can also put forth their side of the story at this time.

On Thursday October 16, he will put forth his findings on the attacks related to Adoration Monastery in a press conference to be held at Bishop’s House. On Friday, Justice Saldanha will visit the Ullal area to collect information from the locals.
