Mangalore: Nuclear Pact with America - CPM Observes Black Day

Mangalore, Oct 5: The CPM observed a ‘Black Day’, in front of the deputy commissioner’s (DC) office, recently, protesting India’s entering into the nuclear pact with America. 

The district committee of the party organized the protest in response to a call from its union committee. Speaking on the occasion, B Madhav, district prime secretary, CPM, urged the UPA government to not sign the deal as it was damaging to the country’s interest.
