Mangalore: MRPL Executive Director Rajamani Retires

Mangalore, Sep 2: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd executive director Rajamani retired from the services of the company on the last day of August, 2008.

Speaking to reporters on Saturday on the eve of his retirement, Rajamani said MRPL could develop into the best refinery in the country, because of the encouragement it received from the employees and the government alike. During the two-and-half years of my tenure here, several challenges had to be encountered. However, we could find amicable solution to every problem because of the efficient handling of the crises by the employees. The relationship between the management and the working class continues to be cordial in the company, he said.

MRPL chief general manager Lakshmi Narayan and chief finance officer K L Gupta was present.
