Mangalore, Aug 26: 'Uttama Alvike' a comprahensive informative Kannada handbook for animators and trainers was released at Roshni Nilaya Meeting Hall, School of Social Works at Valencia here on Tuesday, August 26.
District commissioner M Maheshwara Rao released the book which is aimed at to train animators and trainers to fortify better ruling process. Dr Jacinth D'souza, principal of Roshni Nilaya presided over the book releasing ceremony.
Regimon Jacob, convener, Social Change Management Forum, Roshni Nilaya and Dr Rita Noronha, co-ordinator of the handbook were present on the occasion.
