Mangalore, Aug 7: The Mulky police have arrested Hilda Sequeira and Hazel, on the charges of assaulting Juliet Aranha (38), a teacher of Rotary School at Aikala Kajeguri near here. The arrested were produced in the court.

At a press conference organized at Yugapurusha, Kinnigoli in this connection, Robert Rozario, speaking on behalf of other villagers, said that Hilda Sequeira family has been creating lot of problems for their neighbourers since the last several months. He accused the Mulky police of extending support to the troublesome family. Gregory Fernandes, Ronnie Fernandes and Kelvin Fernandes, fed up by the irritating behaviour of this mother-daughter duo, have started living in rented houses, duly deserting the houses owned by them. Sequeira family has illegally entered the gardens owned by the above people and are illegally selling fruits, coconuts etc., grown therein, he complained.
