Mangalore, Aug 5: Joachim Fernandes (69) represented India in the 22nd Malaysian Open Masters Athletic Championship 2008. The championship was held on Saturday July 19 and Sunday July 20 at Perlis in Malaysia.

He secured silver medals in 100, 200 and 400 metres in the age group of 65-69 years (male).
