Moodbidri, Jul 27: A brand new unregistered car backed into a bus at the bus stand here on Saturday, July 26. The incident occurred in the morning.

Most of the bus drivers thought that the car driver had put the car in reverse. Only after the car hit the bus did the people around realize that the car was moving back without a driver.

The car belongs to a local businessman here who recently purchased it. He had told his driver to fix the stereo in the car and sent him to town for this. But the driver parked the car in the bus stand without applying the handbrake.

That’s why the car moved back. Though the car was damaged severely, no casualties were reported.
