Mangalore: Feast of St Joachim & St Anne Celebrated at Fr Muller

Mangalore, Jul 26: A Konkani retreat was held at St Joseph chapel within the Fr Muller Hospital premises from Wednesday July 23 to Friday July 25. The talks were delivered by Fr J C Crasta, director, St Joseph's Industrial Workshop, Jeppu.

The feast of St Joachim and St Anne, patrons of Father Muller Charitable Institutions (FMCI), was celebrated on Saturday July 26. The Holy Eucharistic celebrations were led by Fr Francis Serrao S J, rector, St Aloysius College. Fr Patrick Rodrigues, director, FMCI, Fr Stany Tauro, administrator, FMCI, Fr Dennis D'Sa, administrator, Medical College, Fr Prakash D'Souza, administrator, Homoeopathy Medical College, Fr Frank Rodrigues, chaplain, Fr Apolinaris Crasta, chaplain, Fr Stany Goveas, Episcopal Vicar, city Varado and other priests concelebrated the Eucharist.

Staff members, students and nuns took part in the celebrations in large numbers.
