Rahul defaming India from foreign soil: BJP

New Delhi, Jan 10 (DHNS): Congress president Rahul Gandhi's sharp criticism of the Modi government from Bahrain, while promising a new "shining Congress" prompted the BJP to accuse him of trying to spread hatred abroad.

Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said the Congress president doesn't see the work done by the BJP government.

"I am not only surprised but amused at the kind of statements being made by the president of the Congress party. Rahul Gandhi's attempt to malign India's image on foreign soil is highly shameful," he said at a press conference.

"The BJP condemns this irresponsible utterance by Rahul during a global interaction. It is not the BJP, but the Congress that is playing the politics of hatred. The party has a long history of playing such politics," he said.

The law minister said "Rahul's speech shows that he and his associates haven't done their homework. His speeches are helping people like Umar Khalid, who have openly raised slogans for dividing India".

Prasad questioned Rahul's silence on the killings of BJP and RSS workers in Kerala and Karnataka.

"Why doesn't he see the politics of hate when Sangh's activists are brutally murdered in these states?" he said.

Rahul was on a two-day visit to Bahrain. In his address - the first since he took over as the Congress chief - he said the government is dividing people on the basis of caste and religion and that it was channeling the fear unemployed youth have into a "hatred between communities".

"The party that cannot take a stand on women's rights, dignity and honour is trying to teach us standing on foreign soil. Rahul must clarify whether the stand taken by the Congress is politics of 'love' or 'hatred'. The grand old party stands exposed today. From Shah Bano to Shayara Bano (one of the petitioners in the triple talaq case), Congress has played the politics of appeasement."

WHO IS RIGHT AND WHO IS WRONG NO BODY NEED TO COMMENT.

INDIAN VOTERS WILL DECIDE IN 2019 PARLIAMENT ELECTIONS.

IF THEY HAVE LITTLE RESPECT ON PEOPLE VERDICT THEY SHOULD BEHAVE LIKE HUMANS. OTHERWISE THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF TWO DIGIT MAY COME DOWN TO SINGLE DIGIT WHICH MAY NOT BE A SURPRISE BECAUSE IF REDUCED BY 32 IT WILL BE SINGLE DIGIT.
LOOSING STATES ONE AFTER THE OTHER WHERE EVER ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS HELD SHOWS THE TREND OF NEARING SINGLE DIGIT.

Being an opposition president, Rahul should have just stuck to providing his vision. But indirect lashing, attacking should not have been done. Its the case of just sour grapes. Unless otherwise you have something substantial to back up. Unfortunately RG is man who has lost lost election after election. 30 elections in total. Has never held a post of responsibility. His party is being ousted in every state. Its simply laughable. No one is goin to take him seriously.

'Hum keren to chamtkaar, tum keren to balaatkaar' ??

Modi is India's PM. not BJP's representative. If a PM of a nation can go abroad and boast about his party and criticize about the opposition, there is no fault of the opposition party member repeating the same.

Haven't earlier PMs visited foreign countries ? Did they criticize the opposition any time ? BJP deserves shaming abroad.

Union law minister Ravi Shankar, please concentrate on your portfolio. Check how the law in this country is acted upon. There is no law and order in this country. Hatred is the main logo among people of certain communities. India is our country of multiple casts yet all we people consider each one as brother and sister. But see what is happening in our country. Please do not bother about others and do your work and bring in peace this country and receive applaud from people.

Why are you worried about what Rahul Gandh says. What he says he will act upon and will not keep in the store. Wait and see and if he fails, speak out. Till then do not use bad comments rather observe silence. When someone is doing good, all the people will join him or her. Let our country be the same when it was 20 years ago. Though not in the upfront in technology, there was peace and caring among the people. Clean air, no strikes, no murders, farmers were happy and all the neighbors were united in sorrow, happiness and difficulties. We want this love and care among people. So all the people will be happy.

The foundation stone was laid for such trend by none other than our own PM Mr.Modi when he spoke foul of congress in USA during his early days as PM.. So why cry now?

Although I do not support maligning own country, I think the current situation in India is dangerous enough to drag the attention of international community to the severe infringement of personal liberty and religious freedom, the politics of division and hate in India!! If unchecked now, we all would bitterly regret in the years to come.. That being the case I think what Rahul has done is very apt... But I dont think he has chosen the right stage to do it.. Bahrain itself has poor record of protecting human rights.. He MUST definitely CONTINUE doing it, however it should be in US and EUROPE...

PAPPU is adopting the success of the ullu banaawing & FEKUISM.., as we saw in the recent past the success achieved by these techniques by cracking insane jokes by political leaders …, would have caused or prompted RaGa to follow…, By the way if PAPPU follow this strategy then I bet you the present govt’s dream of 2019 will be purged to the oblivion (unless the EVM rescue).

Having said so…, the FACT remains…, LORD BRAHMA knows everything…, who is right.., who is wrong…, who is ullu banaawing…,

The biggest issue during 2019 general election will be “REAL Hinduism” vs ‘FEKU Hinduism”

BJP and Modi government and PM Modi himself are defaming Indians on Indian soil. Example in recent memory is PM Modi making accusations against former PM Dr. Manmohan Singh, ex Army Chief Deepak Kapoor and ex Vice President of India Hamid Ansari.
Why does the BJP have the habit of spitting in the wind ? Every time they point accusing fingers at the opposition/Congress party they are in effect point fingers at themselves.
