Mangalore: Unidenified Man Dies in Accident at Nanthoor

Mangalore, Jul 7: A pedestrian who was crossing the road at Nanthoor lost his life after a bus coming from Kaikamba hit him at about 2.30 pm on Sunday July 6. He sustained serious injuries in the accident, and was shifted to a hospital, where he died after failing to respond to treatment, it is said.

The age of the deceased is estimated to be around 60 years. The policemen have charged the bus driver with reckless and rash driving. A case has been registered in Kadri police station.

    Alongwith the report a photograph would have helped in some way. It's a fact like Lancy says the bus will be going around maybe killing more people. In this era there is no value for human life. Even animals are looked after better.

    Forget the incident Sushma. What are you looking for ? The Bus driver by now must have been bailed from the jail for sure and the same bus must be running again with double speed. Correct me if am wrong.

    MAN DIES IN ACCIDENT IT WAS BUS MISTAKE.NOWADAYS BUS RUNS RASH. AND ALSO OUR GOVENMENT TAKE CARE ABOUT THIS MATTER. CITY BUS ARE RUNNING LIKE A COMPETETION TO ANOTHER BUS.OUR GOVERNMENT HAS TO LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER.
