Trucks collide head on in Jammu-Srinagar tunnel

Jammu, Nov 27 (IANS): Two trucks collided head on inside the Chenani-Nashri tunnel on the Jammu-Srinagar highway on Monday, injuring both drivers, police said.

"The drivers were shifted to a hospital. Traffic on the highway was disrupted because of the accident," an officer said.

This is the fourth accident inside the 9.28-km tunnel since it was opened to traffic in April this year.
