Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Jul 3: On Wednesday July 2, the monsoons receded a little, bringing cheers to people of the city who had to stay indoors most of the time during the last few days. In the afternoon, roads witnessed heavy traffic after people set out of their homes to enjoy the sunny climate, in droves.

Though widespread drizzling was reported all over the district on Wednesday, speeding gales took  a break. However, people residing on the sea shores in Kaup, Gangolly etc.,which are prone to severe sea erosion continued to face anxious moments as there was no let up in the aggression of the sea.
