Udupi: Woman Dies after Accidentally Falling into Well

Udupi, Jul 2: Rohini Kamath (64), wife of Gopal Kamath, residing near Ambica Timbers in Moodabettu Katpadi, died after slipping and falling into a well while drawing water, on Tuesday July 1.

Soon after her fatal fall, neighbourers and staff of Udupi fire brigade rushed to the spot and brought her up. However, she breathed her last while being taken to a city-based hospital. A case has been registered by Katpadi police in this regard.
