A training program for the new faculty is very good.Now-a-Days as education is being commercialized, the quality of teaching has come down.Only a few teachers are left out who inspires students and rest are just in a rush to complete the syllabus. This Program will surely benefit the freshers who have opted their career as teaching.I wish the team who has organized this program for the successful competition and the program to come out has grand success.I hope all the participants of this program make the maximum benifit of this and achieve higher goals in their life
