Bantwal: S M Krishna Urges Voters to Cast Vote Based on Merit

Bantwal May 11:  “The outcome of the State Assembly elections plays a pivotal role in the future course of the state and national polity and voters shoulder a great responsibility  in  this regard.” said former chief minister of Karnataka S M Krishna.

He was campaigning on behalf of the party candidate in Bantwal constituency B Ramanth Rai, at the Vagga junction.
He urged the voters to caste their votes by considering the pro people works undertaken during the rule of Congress party and lamented that the unstable coalition governments in the state have impeded the development works.

Targeting opposition parties he said, both the BJP and JD(S) are opportunistic and have no principles.
The State badly needs a stable government and the  Congress is the  only  party which will fulfill the wishes of the people, he said.

Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, M Veerappa Moily, B Janardana Pojary, Vinaykumar Sorake and others were also present.
