Moodbidri: Kodyadka Gets 61-foot Hanuman Statue

Moodbidri, May 1: Kodyadka, a small villlage near here is in the news for being home to a Hanuman statue measuring 61 feet in height.

The statue of Hanuman, a mythological hero carrying a mountain by hand, is ready for inaguration.

The architect of this statue is Dakshinamoorthy who is well-known for designing temples.

This is the master project of Kodyadka Shree Annapoorneswari Temple, which was built by NRI entrepreneur Kodyadka Jayaram Hegde.
