Mangalore, Apr 19: Stephen Mogarnad has been appointed vice-president of Dakshina Kannada district Congress minority cell.

Earlier, he was serving as vice-president of Panemangalore block Congress minority cell. He has been serving in many other social organizations and charity institutions.

B A Moiddin Bava, district president of Congress minority cell had proposed his name and state president Sageer Ahmed appointed him for this post.
