Kasargod: Three Youngsters Drown in Chandragiri River

Kasargod, Apr 16: In a tragic incident three youngsters drowned in Chandragiri River at Cheroor here while taking bath. Sources said that victims were caught in the fast flowing current.

The deceased have been identified as Mubaris(15) and Munasir(12), sons of Aziz, a local resident, and Sabir (17),  son of Amu. It is said that two other children managed to swim to the bank.

The fire brigade with the assistance of public retrieved the bodies.

Mubaris was a 10th standard student of Chemnadu Higher Secondary School, Munasir was studying in Nayanmarumoole TIH School and Sabir was a student of Chemnadu Higher Secondary School.
