Mangalore: Varsity Invites Applications for Fellow Researcher

Mangalore, Apr 15: Mangalore University department of studies in bio-science has invited applications for the post of fellow in the research project entitled ‘Investigation on Harmful Algal Blooms with an Emphasis on Cyanobacteria of the Tanks and Reservoirs of Southern Karnataka through RS and GIS Techniques.’

Candidates with masters degrees in bioscience/botany/applied botany/zoology/applied zoology/ microbiology and biotechnology with 55 percent or above marks are eligible.

Fellowship is sanctioned by UGC for three years with emolument of Rs 8000 per month, stated a press release.

Interested candidates may send the application written on a plain paper along with biodata and relevant documents to Mangalore University before May 5.
