USA: Austin Prabhu Selected for Leadership Training

Atlanta, April 14: As recommended by Lions Clubs International Directors from the US, 20 lion leaders from various states were selected to go through an extensive leadership training course for Faculty Development Leadership Institute at Atlanta, Georgia last weekend. 

After the completion of the course today, there was a graduation ceremony to declare these candidates as Lions Clubs International Faculty Development Instructors.  Main expectation from these graduates is to serve as an instructor for local, district and state Lions training programs and also take part in USA/Canada Leadership Forums, District Governor Elect Schools and International Convention Training Sessions. 

Training was on enabling to sharpen their training skills and increase their overall effectiveness as an instructor.   Austin Prabhu was one of the candidates amongst graduates who was recommended by International Director Russ Sarver from Illinois.
