Islamic State claims attacks in Tehran


Cairo, June 7 (IANS): The Islamic State on Wednesday claimed responsibility for a double attack on Iran's Parliament and the shrine to Imam Khomeini in Tehran.

Both attacks were carried out by the terror group, said the IS-affiliated news agency Amaq.

At least seven people were killed and several others injured in the twin attacks.
