Udupi: Meeting to be Held to Discuss Poor Condition of NH 17

A meeting will be held to discuss the issue of the poor condition of the National Highway 17 by the ‘Save National Highway' Committee on Tuesday April 15, informed the committee convener Govindaraj Hegde.

While addressing media persons he said that the Committee will comprise of representatives from various voluntary organizations.

Hegde further informed that committee had already organised NH 17 'Bundh' on October 30 last year, to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to the poor state of the highway.

But no action was taken in this regard other then some patch work being done, he lamented.
