Mangalore, Apr 3: Traffic was affected for an hour when a bus collided with a tempo near Shambhavi Bridge in Mulky here on Wednesday, April 2 evening.
Vehicles were stuck in a huge gridlock on National Highway 17 because of the accident, thereby causing inconvenience to passengers for an hour.
A lorry was stranded between the roads since Wednesday morning. The accident between the bus and the tempo also took place very close to this lorry. Therefore, traffic was affected and long lines of vehicles waited for the police to clear the gridlock. The police had to struggle to restore the traffic to its normal pace.
