Kundapur, Apr 1: "Election should be fought on healthy and peaceful note.  I would never indulge in smearing campaign against anyone.  But I am ready to answer in a responsible way the unsolicited remarks made either against the party or me," said K Jayaprakash Hegde here on Monday March 31.
