Mangalore, Mar 28: Indo-Bangladesh border must be sealed at the earliest, urged Suresh Saikia, spokesperson of Lok Jagaran Manch Assam here at a press conference on Friday March 28.

He demanded that migrants from East Bengal be identified and actions be taken against them . He urged the authorities concerned to even delete their their names from electoral-rolls.

Assam and neighbouring states are facing threats from Islam and the Christianity, hence governments should try to avert the situation from getting aggravated, he urged with reference to the growing density of Muslim  population in Assam.
