Bangalore: Software Engineer Strangles Wife, Commits Suicide

BANGALORE, Mar 24: A software engineer strangled his wife with a pillow for her alleged affair with one of her colleagues and then committed suicide by hanging, police said on Sunday.
   
Thirty-year-old Amit Budhiraj from Delhi, who was working in a Bangalore-headquartered software company, left a note saying that he had heard about the affair of his wife.
   
His wife Rinku Sachdeva, employed in a leading bank as an executive, hails from Mumbai, police said.
  
Police believe the murder was committed between six and seven PM yesterday.
  
The murder came to light on Sunday when Rinku's friend came home to pick her up to go for a movie, police said.

Amit left a note saying he had heard about the affair of his wife who hails from Mumbai.
