M'lore: National-level 'Anveeksha 08' to Begin at SAC on Mar 18

Mangalore, Mar 17: 'ELIXIR,' the association of MCA students of St Aloysius College here will organize 'Anveeksha '08,' a national-level paper presentation competition on Tuesday March 18 and Wednesday March 19.

A press release stated that the programme will be inaugurated by Dr Sandeep Sancheti, director, NITK, Suratkal at 9 am.

The two-day event aims to provide a platform for exchange of ideas and challenging traits of technology. The competition is open to MCA/ MTech/ ME/ BE/ BTech (computer science or IT)/ MSc (computer science) students only.

Students will present papers on various topics like databases, soft computing, software engineering and networks during the course of the seminar, the release stated.

The valedictory will be presided over by A P Malhotra, AGM, IT dept, Corporation Bank.
