M'lore: Tanker Hits Electric Pole, Driver Escapes with Minor Injury

Mangalore, Feb 29: A gas tanker which was coming from Kerala rammed against an electric pole near Jeppinamogaru Bridge in the early hours of Friday February 29.

It was due to the carelessness and speeding by the driver that the accident took place. The driver sustained minor injuries and has been admitted to Omega Hospital.

Sources said that the vehicle has been damaged but fortunately the tanker did not catch fire even though it hit a electric pole.
