Since this survey conducted from Bangalore, I am sure it also included Karnataka. Therefore, what Karnataka Government achieved by banning Alcohol? They Made more & heavy drunkers and more Illegals because whenever one gets an opportunity they drink the maximum and that also spurious liquor.

This destroys more homes. The Government should be aware, they can not dictate terms to drinkers. These drinkers, since regular alcohol is not available, they opt for spurious brew and it harms more. Therefore, Government instead of banning alcohol what they should have done is, educate people the negative impact of drinking alcohol by sending those people to the villages who knows the negative impact.

Some of them suffered themselves and come out of it and they are the best preachers. Many men drink because they can not bear the tensions inside & outside the houses. Many women drink because drinking & smoking has become fashion to them and the young ones are perhaps drinking because they have not been properly guided from the childhood itself. Therefore, by banning Alcohol Karnataka Government created more heavy drinkers, more illegals and destroyed more families.
