Mangalore: Foundation Stone Laid for 'Silver Castle' Apartments

Mangalore, Feb 13:
The foundation stone laying ceremony of Pinto's Silver Castle was held at Kinnigoli here recently. Fr Alfred Pinto, parish priest of Kinnigoli Church blessed the occassion. 

The four-storeyed residential building consisiting of 16 flats is located near the Kinngoli bus stand.

Abhayachandra Jain, former MLA of Mulky-Moodbidri laid the foundation stone. Speaking on the occassion he said that even though Kinnigoli is a town it is developing at a fast pace. Kinnigoli also has the highest number of banks and the highest deposits by NRIs, he added.

He congratulated Rocky Pinto, proprietor of the project for building apartments which contain all modern fecilities.

Pramod Kumar, Shaila Sequeira, members of zilla panchayat, Umavathi, president of Kinnigoli panchayat, William Cardoza, vice-president of Kinnigoli panchayat, Reena D'Costa, architect of the project were present on the occassion. Rocky Pinto welcomed the guests. Jossie Pinto, proposed vote of thanks. Sharat Shetty compered the programe.
