Mangalore, Feb 2: A public condolence meet in honour of the late Blasius D' Souza will be held on February 5 at Milagres Jubilee Hall at 4 30 pm, informed Ivan D`Souza to media persons at the press conference on Saturday February 2.
The condolence meet will be presided over by Bishop Aloysius Paul D`Souza of Mangalore and a prayer service will be led by Dr CL Furtado, retired Bishop, CSI of Mangalore. BL Shankar, former speaker, legislative assembly, will deliver condolence message, he added.
Prof M Kaveriappa, vice-chancellor, Mangalore University, Dr M Maheshwara Rao, deputy commissioner of the district and others will be present on the occasion, he added.
Sushil Naronha, TK Sudir and others were present at the press conference.
