Mangalore: Labourer Attacked by Wild Boar Succumbs to Injuries

Mangalore, Jan 31: A wild boar in a farm in Talapady attacked a labourer of Bolivar village in Konaje here recently. The person succumbed to injuries shortly after the attack.

According to the police the deceased has been identified as Krishnappa (40). He was going towards the pump set when the boar attacked him.

Police said that Krishnappa sustained injuries on his legs, chest and hands. He heaved his last breath by the time he was brought to a private hospital in Deralakatte.

He is survived by his wife and five children.
