Kundapur: 'Uphold Traditional Values in Politics' - Dr Mohan Alva

Kundapur, Jan 30: A felicitation programme was organized under the auspices of Catholic Sabha unit of Kundapur deanery here recently to honour the people's representatibe of the taluk.

Speaking on the occasion, Alva's Foundation chairman Dr Mohan Alva addressed the people's representatives and reminded them of their onerous responsibility of upholding the traditional values in politics.

Parish priest of Kundapur deanery Fr Antony Lobo inaugurated the programme. Fr Patric Rodriguez, director of Fr Muller Institutions, Chandra Prabha Hegde, principal of Basrur Sharada College, Lancy D’Cunha, regional president of Catholic Sabha, Joseph D’Silva provincial president, Shanthi D’Silva and  Johnson D’Almeida.

Dr Sony D’Costa welcomed the gathering. Sylvia Rodriguez, Michael Rodriguez and Philip D’Silva compered the programme. Shanthi D’Souza proposed the vote of thanks.
